This page has notes on things you should know before using Lenstok.

Please read this page before using make a order in Lenstok.

When you make a order in Lenstok, we assume that you have confirmed all of the following.

LENSTOK does not make any compensation for any disadvantages to the customer due to do not read this page.

[Lenstok?]

Lenstok is a specialized lens sales site that deals only with lenses approved by the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Lenstok is operated by a company that has been granted a high-level medical device license for lens sales according to Japanese law.

You can also inquire about the site and any inquiries in English, Korean, Japanese.

Lenstok does not take any responsibility for any problems caused by do not check our mail.

 

[About Shipping Area]

Lenstok can be shipped to more than 220 countries / regions worldwide.

However, delivery may be delayed or can not shipping due to the situation of the destination.

If we can not shipping, we will contact you and cancel your order.

 

[About the product]

All lenses handled at Lenstok are licensed by the Japanese Ministry of Health,

Most of the lenses sold in Japan (over 300 brands, 1800 different types of lenses) are available.

If you want to purchase a product that has not yet been sold in Lenstok, please contact us by e-mail.

 

[Caution when ordering]

You may be subject to customs duties determined by the country of delivery, depending on the country of delivery specified when you place your order.

All taxes (taxes, duties, etc.) imposed due to imports shall be borne by the importer and Lenstok will not respond in any way to this matter.

Please contact the customs office of each country for details.

In addition, when importing, it may be necessary to submit the necessary documents for import in accordance with the law of the importing country.

You can check the laws of your country (or the country to which your order is delivered) before placing your order and request LENS TOK for the necessary documents for import before placing your order.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, LENSTOK does not guarantee that all necessary documents can be provided. LENSTOK will do our best to prepare the necessary documents for you as much as possible, but please note that we may not be able to prepare them.

Please be sure to request the documents before ordering. In the case of a post-order request, you can not cancel your order due to this issue.

 

[For stock]

We not have any stock, All items sold at Lenstok will shipping below flow -

Customer order → Order to lens suppliers → Contact lens arrival in Lenstok → Checking and Shipping → Arrive to Customer

In this process, the lens suppliers may notify us of out of stock goods after ordering.

In this case, we will contact you and we will process your order according to your decision, such as waiting / canceling your order.

In the lenstok, all of these notice by e-mail. Please check your email often.

 

  [About Shipping]

You can choose DHL, EMS or any other company as your carrier (availability varies by country)

DHL provides a basic warranty of 22SDR, EMS provides a basic warranty of 20,000JPY.

If you wish to guarantee more than this amount,

DHL : will charge an additional charge of 2,500JPY or 1.2% of the order amount.

EMS : Additional guarantee will be provided free of charge. There is no need to request from the customer.

The warranty does not apply to other delivery methods.

If you wish to use the DHL additional warranty, please contact cs@lenstok.com and pay the additional fee. (We will send you a payment link)

Lenstok's entire liability is discarded when the order is pick up to the carriers without any problems, and the courier and you is responsible for any accidents or problems that occur during subsequent shipments.

If there is any damage / loss during delivery, please contact to couriers or us. If you contact to us, we will confirming with the couriers, reimburse you for the lower amount of the order payment and the guarantee amount.

 

[Payment Method]

Credit cards(Visa, Master), Paypal are available.

 

[Disclaimer for multi-currency display]

LENSTOK provides the function to display the price in several currencies. However, prices other than Japanese yen are automatically converted based on the exchange rate at a specific point in time, and the stated amount may differ from the actual amount charged.

Please be sure to check the final billing amount on the payment screen.

 

[From order to shipment]

*Shipping after order: 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and japanese holidays)

※Due to suppliers shortage, suppliers or carrier shipment delay, etc, it may not be shipped within the above period.

※If we cannot ship your ordered goods for a long time, we will contact you by e-mail.

 

[Return, Exchange, Cancel]

Lenstok does not accept cancellations or exchanges, return for personal reasons.

However, if we have not already ordered the your ordered item to the supplier, you can cancel or exchange the ordered item.

If you cancel or exchange an ordered item that you have already ordered from a supplier, you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee.

In case of return, you need bear the return cost and Import procedure fee.

Import procedure fee : When contact lenses arrive at a Japanese company, that company must process the import in accordance with the law. We will charge you 3000 yen for this process.

This rule is because even LENSTOK cannot cancel the item ordered to the supplier after ordering. Please understand.

If the item is defective or arrive goods different from your order, please do not scrap it and send us an email with a defective item photo.

Inquiries received via email or Shopify inbox will be answered within 1-3 business days.

Please note that it will take some time to respond to inquiries other than weekends and holidays.
