Refund and Exchange, Refund Policy
All products sold in our shop are contact lenses approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan.
We strive to provide our customers with contact lens that have the longest possible expiration date. As part of that effort, we purchase all of contact lens from suppliers after your order.
Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the basic order.
However, this does not apply if a defective product or a wrong product is sent from us.
Please contact cs@lenstok.com if you wish to return or exchange a defective or incorrect item.
However, for all returns and exchanges, the customer must submit to our shop proof that the product was defective or the wrong product was sent (photograph of the product, etc.).
Please note that we will never accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances if you are can not submit proof that the product was defective or the wrong product was sent due to customer circumstances.
